HSC Consulting Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers and Project Managers HSC CONSULTING HSC Consulting is a consulting engineering practice based in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. The practice was formed by the merging of Hamish Scott Consulting (Pty) Ltd and Civil and Rural Consulting Engineers.
The firm is based in East London with offices in Mthatha as well as Stutterheim, from where we operate throughout the Eastern Cape, South Africa and beyond.
We are a highly motivated team with substantial experience in a large variety of interesting and challenging projects. As individuals, we have worked in Africa, the far East, the middle East, Europe, the United States of America and Mauritius.
As a team we have been involved in projects for a wide variety of national and international clients, in both the public and private sectors. They cover many fields of building, industrial projects, civil engineering works and urban engineering as well as Project Management of physical projects and other projects.
