Innovative, Four star luxury guesthouse, conference centre and professional offices in urban East London.  The building includes 16 guest suites, a 40 seat inclined floor lecture theatre, board room and office suites.  A feature of the building is the innovative use of space to maximise the use of a small site within planning regulations..
